How do I get a quotation for a cleaning service?

You can obtain a quotation for any of our cleaning services through the request a quote form or you can email us to info@cleanonuk.com

Do I need to provide my own cleaning equipment and materials?

Not always, as a general rule we supply all of the labour, equipment, machinery and materials required to carry out the task within the agreed price.  Additionally, we regularly supply consumables such as toilet rolls, hand towels, refuse sacks and bin liners. These will be invoiced at the end of each calendar month.

Can I have the same cleaner every time?

For our regular cleaning services, we do our best to provide the same cleaner each time and we will provide a replacement if your regular cleaner is unwell or goes on holiday.

How are payments made?

Are your cleaners employed by CleanON Services Ltd?

Yes, our cleaners are employed directly by CleanON Services. There are no agency or other hidden fees to pay. Every cleaner we employ must have two references, which we check, passport identification, proof of address, and permission to work in the UK.

Are you fully insured?

We have comprehensive insurance cover. Public Liability for £10,000,000, Employers liability £10,000,000 and loss of keys cover.

What if I don’t like the cleaner?

We can provide a replacement to ensure you are absolutely happy with the service

What will happen if my cleaner is off sick or on holiday?

We will contact you to arrange temporary cover should your regular cleaner be unable to come to you for any reason.

What is the difference between Regular Cleaning and Deep Cleaning?

A regular clean is designed to help maintain a certain level of cleanliness around your workplace. Cleaning the desks, bathrooms –etc. ... A deep cleaning service will remove the deep dirt and grime in your office using a team of cleaners and professional materials and equipment. It will cover the areas that aren't typically covered in a regular cleaning service

What are your hourly rates?

Although our prices are very competitive, we do not publish a fixed hourly rate. All jobs are priced according to task, whether it is office cleaning, window cleaning, environmental service or a one-off clean. A number of variables will impact the final calculation of the rate such as equipment and materials projected to be used.

Can we provide references?

Yes. Once you have received a formal quotation from us, we will be happy to provide you with customer references to help you finalise your decision
